Kimogila hunt

Rumor has it that, there's a Krayt Dragon population boom on Tatooine. In preparation for an up coming Krayt Dragon hunt, I thought I should brush up on my hunting skills with Kimogila on Lok.

Found an Imperial shuttle on Lok, on top of the volcano, look rather suspicious...

Ugly beastie, what it's trying to tell me?

Found a skeleton of a Kimogila, look the size of it! So, some live Kimo must be near by...be ready.

Got one! It's ... huge... And it's a Giant Dune Kimogila, with 80k+ HAM.

It could have swallowed me whole...

Those sharp teeth....even composite armor provided little protection.

It look really upset...who wouldn't when busking in the dry warm sun and suddenly got attacked... I don't blame it.

Soooooooo close from killing it.....arrrrr... The Kimogila has the strongest poision and disease amongst the known animals in the galaxy, look what it did to my stats... Next time, I'll ask doctor for a disease/poison resist enhancement.

The Krayt Dragon of Tatooine is the the rarest and most lengendary beast in the galaxy, and the most difficult to kill. The second place would be the Kimogila. And the third is perhaps the Rancor? I killed a Kimo a few month back, but it's an Enraged Kimogila, so, was I lucky then, or just this one is tougher?

Got a nasty headache after woke up in the clone facility, so I stopped by Tatooine and dropped in the Mos Eisley cantina for some live dance and music, it hasn't changed much since my last visite a few months ago.

So many Iron Chefs

So many people call themselves Iron Chef, but how's they food really?

A worthy opponent

Since the village duty, I've been mostly sitting idle, so I got a bit of itchy hand after a while, so I seeked out the Nightsisters again, since they're one of my worthy opponents.

Deadly mistake

Is this Imperial's new trooper addition? I don't recall I've fought them before. I thought they are just like any other troopers, but it proved to be a big mistake, I lasted only a handful of seconds with a couple of these, and a few scouts. Is it that they are stronger or just I'm getting weaker by the day....?

Once again...

...mighty Enahs saved the day, "I'll be back in 3 weeks to check on things, take care."

Detour to the Nightsister stronghold, and got kill by this nastry looking witch, I wonder how will a Jedi stack up to the Elders? It will be interesting to find out.

AFK macro

This is a fun macro I made, I used it for grinding Pistol outside Coronet, but it can be for any combat profession, as long as your close enough. looot is the name of the macro I made for looting and harvest meat, see my earlier post, /tellpet silently commands my pet to attack my target, you must have taught your pet the Attack command as kill.

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/beckon;
/smile;
/attack;
/tellpet kill;
/pause 4;
/macro looot;

A more simple, but less fun version is:

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/attack;
/pause 4;
/macro looot;

Master Pistoleer macro

/healthShot1;
/healthShot2;
/healthshot1;
/healthShot2;
/overChargeShot1;
/stoppingShot;
/fanShot;
/pistolMeleeDefense2;
/pistolMeleeDefense2;
/pistolMeleeDefense2;
/pistolMeleeDefense2;

TKM macro

This is a basic macro I made for TKM: "tkmspecial"

/unarmedDizzy1;
/unarmedStun1;
/unarmedBlind1;
/unarmedKnockdown2;
/unarmedHit3;
/unarmedHit3;
/unarmedHit3;
/unarmedHit3;

For fighting tougher opponents, like Nightsisters, or the Janta, Blacksun, Sith thugs etc, I just need to place this macro in a toolbar, and click 2 or 3 times, or do the following: "tkmfight"

/macro tkmspecial;
/macro tkmspecial;
/macro tkmspecial;

TKD Black Belt Test

January 15, 2005, my test day, it's a big day. According to Murphy's Law "Anything that can go wrong will go wrong", first I caught a cold on Friday January 14th, all strength left my body, have body ach all over. So I went home early, drank some Nyquil, went sleep early.

The next morning, my fever has reduced, but I still have sore muscles, I had to spend 20 min in bed sweat and gether my strength. I ate some fruit and headed for the test, pray for the best.... Everything went smoothly in the morning.

Me, breaking 4 tiles with left knife hand. It's so blur, how do I know it's me? I was the only one used left hand, as my right hand is still not quite healed. However, things started going south afterwards...

I failed to break 4 wood board with a turning kick :-/, and hurt my right foot badly. Immediately, I was only able to limp around. Then came the 3-mile jog, because of my foot, I was able to just "shuffle" for 1 mile, but it hurted like hell very single step... Then the push up, sit up, and body builders, I had a lot of difficulty with body builders, as it requires to land on my toes, but, it's just not possible in my condition. But I endured it anyway(yeah, I think that's why it's called a endurance test) ... But, in the end, I did pass, and received my 2nd degree black belt... it will be a very painful memory.

My condition worsened on Sunday, high fever, unable to walk. And today, my foot has swollened to the size of a Kimo paw.

Macro made easy

A good automation can make life in galaxy a lot easier. Here's a simple but effective one I use for looting:

/loot all;
/harvest meat;

Put this on an action bar, while targeted at something, hit the macro icon: it will loot all items from a Humanoid being; or if the target is an animal, it will harvest the meat from the creature. I have finish the loot before the corpse hit the ground, not bad at all :) This can also be combined with a comabt macro, to kill the target and loot at the end.

Tough Rancors

And lil Rancor hunt, turned out to be a lil too big for me, after I hit their lair, about a dozen came out and attacked me, I managed to kill about 9 or so, but in the end I had to run for my life... How many rancors do you count in this one?

This the reason why I had to run...a Bull Rancor did this to me with disease.../ouch

I wonder if that Nightsister Lance can do this? Hmmm, I should take up the Pikeman profession sometime just to try out this...

Witch Hunt

Afterwards, I went "witch hunt" after my duty in the village, I went deep inside the Night Sister Forced Labor Camp...and clear one part of the cave.

On my way back to the Science Post, I run across this particular Nightsister, wow, look at her, it's gonna be quite a match for me. Can I handle it?

I managed - just barely... We both sustained very high damage, but she turned and run, so I got lucky, otherwise, it could have been her that standing over MY coprse...

Here's what I did:
1) I shot her a few time with a Modified Republic Blaster(with bleeding DOT) using healthShot1 and healthShot2; 2) as she run up to me, I switched to my good 'ol Vibro Knuckler, and hit her with dizzy, stun, blind, knockdown, and a few times of unarmedHit3; 3) then go over step 2 again and again with dizzy, stun etc.... and a shot of Neutron Pixie for myself at the end, otherwise I wouldn't have make it. Use of the force crystal that give 900 mind enhancement also a big help.

Searched her body, and found this nice crystal, it's all worth it.

Also this VERY nice lance, double DOT(damage over time)!

I felt the disturbance

This morning I had tingling sensation that the village is in need of my help again - is it the force trying to warn me?

I hurried to the village, and yes, they in deed are in trouble again - multiple Sith groups been sighted, and they set camp all over the planet determined to destroy the village. I'm ask to search out and destroy them. It's no easy task, I found and destroyed a couple, but there're more out there.

Almost the time...

It's been almost 3 weeks since the last time the village was in trouble, time to check up on them again, they just can't take care of themselves...

Working on rifle

Ok, time to change profession again...hmm, Commando sounds good, always wanted to set some Dark Jedi on fire :)

Commando requires Master Marksman - full rifle branch, full pistol branch(I already have) and full carbine branch. So, I started on Rifle first, bought myself a T20a rifle, 100ish to 245 damage, 5.2speed, only half as fast as the pistols, but the damage is helluva higher!

Jedi mind trick?

I don't think so... Looks like I'm not the only one that crashes, look at this spaceship...

Anger, frustration, fear...

So, I tried to connect to Holonet tonight to check up on things and my houses - my thesis is finally completed! But, in the course of about 20 minutes, I crashed 5 times. I've really had it! ARRRRRRR!!!! Got into contact with an old friend from Lok, and my current neighbour on Dantooin, he's had it too - he has been on the Holonet for a while, and so are many other old friends, fellow Rebels that I haven't seen for months... It's rumored that the Imperial government will drasticly reduce the enhancement provided by doctors, hunters, entrepreneurs, Rebels and Imperials alike will no longer be able to take on large games, and earning credits will be even more difficult...

I think I'm falling into the Darkside... I'm at the brink of leaving the forsaken galaxy and live a life of hermit in the world of Wardcraft...
