A current affair

So I spent another day gathering meat for the contract, and occassionally got myself into some tight situations like this - surrounded by Rancors. I definitely noticed there's a slight drop of the Rancor population... as a result, a whole day I only managed to harvest 28k meat - over 1 mil in credits nonetheless, maybe I'll get myself a new AV21 swoop.... I've been watching it for a while.

On the other hand, there's a trend of begging going on, the number of people begging for tips in starport and cantina has increased a lot. Most notably, all of them belongs to an organization call themselves BTYM (bigtymrz - big timers?), anyway, the way they shamelessly beg is quite disturbing... Where's the Dark Jedi when you need one....

Another day of hard work

A Nightsister Rancor Tamer, interesting.


After hunting Rancors for a couple of days, I came across all manners of Rancors and get to know them a bit more first hand - this an Enraged Bull Rancor. Bull Rancors uses plague to hurt their opponent, it was quite unnerving watching my health drop like a rock, avoid if you can.


This is a Monstrous Brute, nothing much special about this one.


I managed to collect 43k of the meat, another 2 million credits today. I also collected quite a bit of Padded Rancor Armor segments and Rancor Biles.


Catching some R & R before heading to Dantooine, the cantina is almost empty, except a lone musician and me, such dedication.

Big phat contract

I received a big fat contract of supplying meat to a food producer, the pay out is the highest I've ever know. If I can pull this off, I can live off the money for quite some time and concentrate on learning about the force.


So, I spent most of the day on Dathomir hunting Rancors. I know Rancors have feelings too, mostly angury - "enraged" to be precise, but I need to make some credits, sorry, nothing personal.


I'm in for a treat, this place has two lairs close by.


At end of the day, I hung out in the local cantina, who would know that on such a backwater planet, there're so many err... talented entertainers? What a day! I'm finally able to put up my feet and catch my breath in safety, and having a cold drink.


After delivered the meat, I meet up with a friend's friend in my house to sell him my medical droid, since I no longer need it. Life is harsh, I need to save every credits... We've been through so much together, although he's a lil wimpy around the Dark Jedis, but I'll miss him none the less. The new owner tried to rename the droid, but apparently he has never owned a droid before and therefore is having some problem, so we had a few good laughs.

WOW, now I'm rich! Not from selling the droid, but from the contrat. The whole day today, I gethered 40k of that particular meat, and collected 2 million credits! The jobs I took on Dathomir to kill these animals only paid me about 400k credits. So, now I have a lil over 3 million credits in my bank. I was told they still need more, hehe, guess what I will be doing tomorrow.... I only hope the Rancors won't become extinct after this seaon.

On to Endor

Helping out the village has put quite a sizable dent in my bank account: travel expenses, food and drink, armor/weapon repair, and a few new armor pieces, medical need for myself and my pets, cloning and item insurance, house maintence etc. they all stack up. Not to mention the time required to track down the Sith. I haven't taken a paid job for quite some time now, I probablly should take a few jobs while the village is in relative safety.


My job took me to the jungle moon of Endor, here, I found another one of the mysterious shrine.

Another job well done

The Village is in trouble again, this time the Sith reenforcement is tougher than the previous engagements I had - but nothing can stop a determined and a devoted Teräs Käsi Master! No harm will ever come to the village again while I'm still around.


After a few skirmishes, I managed eradicate all Sith presence around the village, but I'm sure they will come back again - but until then, I'm off to take care of some personal business.

Wild, wild Dathomir

Look at this thing, enormous size, and special resistant to kenetic damage! I have a bad feeling about this, it's gonna be the Janta Stoneshaper all over again... The last time, I had help from my combat droid, hmmm, what trick do I pull on this one? Hehe, how about posion...


So I unleashed my pair of Gaping Spider Hunters on it, under normal circumstances, we would be a formidable apponent, despide the spiders are not yet fully grown. But, it took us ages to make substantial damage to it, even when I repeated ordered the spiders to poison it.


This Malkloc Plainswalker is so aggressive, it not only attacked me, but also attacked an Imperial officer, as well as some Sith thugs. Like the old saying "enemy's enemy is my friend", when our lives are in danger, we band together and fought back despite our differences. But, it was just too long a fight, in the end, I gave up and left, it's just not worth of my time. Forget it man, from now on no more 100% kenetic resist animals for me.

Helping out the village again

Haven't been back to the village of Aurilia for a while, so I headed back, as it turned out, they needed my help again - and what else, the Sith punks of cause. So, I spent some time hunting them down.

Afterwards, I went back to the Geonosian cave to do more hunting - it seems it has become my favorate spot in the galaxy, NOT! I don't know what went wrong, I only lasted about 10 seconds, the worst to date. So, I need a new hunting ground, Endor.

Me, my pets and Nightsisters

Tried hunting Nightsisters again, it seems their staple tactic is "chock", I feel out of breath all the time when fighting them... My pets has been great help in the fight, but, we eventually got over run by them, just too many of them.

Had a lazy day yesterday, bought myself some new holovid just came on to bazaar called A Hew Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Retune of the something.... quite interesting, and closely resemble the life in our own galaxy... hmmmmm

Oops

Because of my recklessness, death finally caught up with me - I charged into the Geonosian cave without any support or backups, a lesson to remember. Although I got cloned, but I was still mortally wounded and had to spend some time submerged in a bacta tank to heal, I can tell ya, that thing tasts nasty... a lot worse than Jawa beer or Bantha poodoo.


The starport facility has been upgraded, soon we'll be able to launch our pesonal space ships from the facility, and no longer need to wait for the slow moving commercial liner. Joy!

Hunting for more pets on Endor

I spent the past 3 days on Corellia searching for some better pets, but found nothing. So I decided to go to Endor to give it a try, at the end of the day I brought back many exotic and highly dangerous animals.

Spotted an Imperial patrol drop location - I should come back some day an give them a suprise.


Squills can be found through out the galaxies, this nasty little one can only be found on Endor.


A nasty looking Blood-Stained Merek.


Another mean Merek Cavern Creeper.


Not as nasty looking as Merek, but still bad.


A Toxic Merek Battlelord is pretty rare and I got lucky. I picked it up 5 minutes after I arrived on Endor.


Even more rare is the Arachne Webmaster - I found two! The first one took me a long time to get, basically involving in hitting every lair I came across, these things are very poisonous, and a single lair has at least a dozen of them - just imagine what I had to go through... The second one was outside a lair, so I got lucky.


This is a level 65 Razor Cat, a buddy quit Master Creature Handler, and gave it to me. It's totally awesome.

My buddy Chiv also decided to try out Creature Handling and just became a Novice Creature Handler, I gave him my pet mount, the Giant Carrion Spat(level 18), to use. As he do not yet have the necessary skills to control other dangerous animals, I also found him a Razor Cat(level 22).

Pet fun

Out looking for new pets today, got myself a baby Rancor(level 50) - my most prized pet so far.

A worthy mount for a Master Creatue Handler. It's only level 18, but very fast, and due to it's big size even as a baby, I can train it as mount right away.

Deep inside Geonosian cave

A big cavern deep inside Geonosian cave, with prison cell/animal pen like sturctures around the cavern walls.


Gauntlet run, with animals in front of me where I'm heading, and animals behind me chasing me, they cuaght up with me at the door.


What's a Force Kliknik? Did the Geonosian scientists create this, crazy....


All I want is just cheking out the last room in the cave, but they kept attacking me....now I'm pissed! Here, meet my pets, and feel my wraith.

Death by Itchy and Scratchy

This Kwi just won't let me go, so death by pet Graul Maulers! Go get it, boys!


Muy cansado! I'm so exhausted after the battle, need to catch some R & R. This cantina in Coronet is always full each and every night, plenty of dancers and musician.

The day I mastered Creature Handling

Went hunting again in Geonosian cave with my favorate pets: Itchy and Scratchy, and better yet, today I didn't die - despite a couple of close calls.


This crazy crazy Enhanced Kwi followed me all the way from Geonosian cave to the Labor Outpost! It's like about 7-8 minutes of swoop ride! It's so determined to die, of course I can't dispoint it, so wish granted...


My training in Creature Handling has came to an end, I am now a Master Creature Handler. From August 31 to now, 16 days for hard working, not too shabby.... Although someone I know of has mastered it in a matter of 3 days, wow! Next, get more pets, now I'm ready for Rancor and Kimo.
